Issue #1
The Harvard Food Review publishes an issue per semester. Given that there are two semesters in an academic school year, there are normally two issues published year round. However, occasionally — given time and funding — we will publish a special summer or winter issue.
Our first issue is on the topic of remastering traditions and trying new things (the past, present, and future, one could say). Our feature piece is on Gloria Lee, aka @gleetz on Instagram and Tiktok, a Korean-American food content creator living in New York City.
